We offer the most comprehensive real warranty package in the remapping market.

LIFETIME SOFTWARE WARRANTY

We guarantee the integrity and functionality of the new software file for the lifetime of the vehicle.

OPTIONAL MECHANICAL BREAKDOWN WARRANTY

Should the unforeseen happen and the customer’s vehicle suffers a failure of a component directly attributable to the Quantum remap, then our Mechanical Breakdown Warranty will cover the repair or replacement of the defective part.

• The warranty is valid for 12-months or 30,000 miles, whatever comes first, up to a maximum of 90,000 miles.
• The maximum claim limit is £10,000.
• Vehicles with mileage over 90,000 miles are not eligible for the extended warranty.
• The cost of the warranty registered on each qualifying vehicle is £100.

NOTE ON INSURANCE BACKED WARRANTIES

The extended warranty is backed by Quantum Tuning’s own warranty fund, it is not insurance company backed. We do not offer an insurance backed warranty. As well as being expensive, we do not believe they generally give adequate enough cover for our customers.

WARRANTY ON DPF/EGR/ADBLUE SOLUTIONS

For clarification, if a warranty is issued on a job that includes a DPF, EGR or an AdBlue solution, the warranty covers the software side of the job only. We will not be liable for any subsequent claims for hardware.

It does not include any subsequent hardware (i.e. sensors, pipes, etc) failures in the exhaust system, as these may have been damaged, or poorly treated during any hardware process (which is outside our control) and would not be subsequently affected by the file.
